Design& Supply of Precast Concrete Product

Yau Lee Wah provides a professional consultancy service to clients, a total design, detailing, scheduling and supervisory package is available to satisfy the requirement of individual clients and particular projects. We are capable to design and manufacture different types and complexity of precast elements for building construction projects, civil works projects and underground facilities.

Metal Prefabrication

Our factory is setup on 5,000m2 in Shenzhen, PRC, the capacity of steel form factory is approxmiate 3,000 per annum. With self-owned design and production team, we are capable to manufacture various type of steel form for fabrication of precast concrete products and other metal products.

Trading of Building Materials

Trading Division provides a construction materials sourcing service for overseas buyers, construction companies and the internal procurement of Yau Lee respectively. Our trading team provides a monitoring support services from material sourcing and arrangement of import/export to enable the whole transaction to be completed effectively and satisfactorily.
